This website, www.evergreenshutters.co.uk (the "Website"), is operated by Evergreen Shutters Ltd ("Evergreen", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10779395. Our registered office is Apex House, Coldnose Road, Hereford, Herefordshire, HR2 6JL.

2. Accepting these terms
By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check this page whenever you visit. The version in force at the time you use the Website will apply.

3. Trade-only supply
Evergreen is a trade-only supplier. We sell our products to retailers, installers and other businesses, not directly to members of the public.

If you are a homeowner interested in our shutters, please use our Find a Stockist page. Any purchase you make from a stockist is a contract between you and that stockist, on their own terms, and not with Evergreen.

4. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, colours, specifications, images and lead times on the Website accurate and up to date. However, colours and finishes may appear differently on screen, and information is provided for general guidance only. It does not form part of any contract unless confirmed in writing by us.

We may change or withdraw products, specifications and information on the Website at any time without notice.

5. Warranty
References on the website to our 10 year warranty are a summary only. The warranty is subject to the full warranty terms and conditions, available on request, including correct installation, use and care in line with our guidance.

6. Stockist listings
Our Find a Stockist page lists independent businesses that sell our products. Stockists are not agents or employees of Evergreen. We are not responsible for the advice, quotations, workmanship, installation or services they provide.

7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Website:

  • In any way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • To send or upload any viruses, malware or other harmful code;
    to try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the trade portal, our servers or any connected systems;
  • To copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Website for commercial use without our written permission;
  • To send unsolicited marketing or to impersonate any person or business

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, video, logos, the Evergreen name and frog icon, designs and layout, is owned by or licensed to Evergreen and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. Approved retail partners may use images and resources from our Resources section to promote Evergreen products, in line with any brand guidelines we provide. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

9. Links to other websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media pages, our newsletter provider and stockists' websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.

10. Availability of the Website
The Website is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Website without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We do not guarantee that the Website is free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for your own IT, software and virus protection when accessing the Website.

We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which also explains how we use cookies.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in full effect. If we do not enforce any of our rights, this is not a waiver of those rights.

15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from use of the Website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
